How long does delivery take?

2-7 working days (excluding Fridays).

Note: Orders are paused during holidays and resume after.

My order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 9 days:

  • Verify your shipping address is correct
  • Ensure your phone number is valid
  • Contact us with your order number

Where is my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.

Received a faulty item?

Contact us with:

  • Your name & email
  • Order number (#1234)
  • Photos of the issue

We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately.

How long do returns take?

Returns/Exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the item.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days if item is in original condition.
  • Items must have the Pegasus Couture tag attached.
  • Worn, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
  • Wrong or defective items: Free exchange or full refund within 7 days.
  • Refunds issued within 3-7 business days after approval.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

  • يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 7 أيام بشرط أن يكون في حالته الأصلية.
  • يجب أن يحمل المنتج تاج Pegasus Couture.
  • المنتجات الملبوسة أو المستخدمة أو التالفة غير مؤهلة للاسترجاع.
  • المنتجات الخاطئة أو المعيبة: استبدال مجاني أو استرداد كامل خلال 7 أيام.
  • يتم إصدار المبالغ المستردة خلال 3-7 أيام عمل بعد الموافقة.
